GP Strategies is looking for a highly skilled Excel/Data Administrative Assistant to support roster data management for key talent programs. You’ll serve as the central hub for accurate participant data, collaborating closely with recruiting, onboarding, and program management teams to ensure smooth workflows and flawless data integrity. Requirements

  • Advanced Excel mastery (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, formulas, data cleaning, etc.)
  • Strong administrative or coordination experience

  • Problem-solving mindset and escalation awareness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Anaplan experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all roster data across recruiting, onboarding, and program teams.
  • Partner with recruiters and OOB (Offer & Onboarding) teams to verify participant information and start dates.
  • Request, review, and reconcile weekly roster updates from program managers.
  • Manage, maintain, and update records within the Anaplan roster management system (training provided if needed).
  • Validate week-over-week roster changes and confirm major updates with stakeholders.
  • Manage Anaplan user access and provide training/support to ensure efficient system adoption.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly summaries highlighting key data points and changes.
  • Share roster data across multiple workstreams and ensure accuracy across teams.
  • Identify inconsistencies, escalate risks, and protect overall data integrity.
  • Respond to data questions from program managers and operations teams.
  • Maintain clear, timely communication across teams to ensure everyone stays aligned.
