About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You’ll Be Doing Operate excavators to safely move, load, and manage materials. Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks. Follow site plans, production goals, and safety protocols. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Support overall site operations as needed to maintain workflow.

Requirements

• Ability to safely operate excavators and related heavy equipment.
• Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
• Capability to follow instructions, procedures, and production guidelines.
• Dependability, teamwork, and effective communication skills.
• Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and operational priorities.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
