Requirements

• Capability to operate excavators and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong situational awareness and commitment to established safety practices.
• Ability to follow instructions, read ground conditions, and complete tasks with precision.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a dynamic work environment.
• Adaptability to outdoor working conditions and varying operational demands.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators to safely dig, load, and move materials according to site requirements.
