About The Position
The position involves maintaining computer testing rooms, preparing them in advance of scheduled exams, and monitoring the operational status of computers. The individual will troubleshoot common problems, restore the testing area to its previous arrangement after exams, and manage test scheduling and related procedures. The role requires applying technical knowledge and skills for problem-solving and continuous improvement of processes related to the delivery of the online nursing program. Responsibilities also include developing exam schedules, proctoring computer-based exams, validating appropriate identification for exam admission, helping students log in, troubleshooting testing issues, and monitoring the exam process. The individual will enforce rules and regulations, follow established protocols for integrity breaches, provide technical assistance, and maintain knowledge of current operating technology. Administrative support tasks, inventory control, and managing phone calls are also part of the role.
