The Education & Workforce Services (EWS) Contracts Specialist is a critical role within the fiscal department that focuses on financial operations and contractual compliance, adheres to internal controls, and maintains fiscal compliance in all tasks. This position acts as the primary liaison for the assigned programmatic division (EWS) and requires strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The EWS Contracts Specialist manages advances, adjusts journal entries, and reconciles accounts to the General Ledger (GL). This position ensures contractual compliance with invoices, supports budget preparations, reconciles Advance Pay accounts, and prepares monthly fiscal reports, such as cost reimbursement and performance-based analyses. Additionally, the EWS Contracts Specialist communicates and coordinates with program staff regarding expenses, budgets, and advances. This position reports to the Vice President of Fiscal Operations. This is a Hybrid position.
