Design, build and configure SAP EWM to meet business processes and business requirements. Complete end-to-end implementations of SAP EWM in automotive warehouses/manufacturing facilities. Interact with customers to define business processes, write and validate functional specifications, and deliver complex solutions. Ensure timely, cost-effective and successful SAP EWM implementations. Provide end-user training in advance of implementations to ensure plant readiness, as well as on-site hyper care support in care of all NA team implementations.

  • Gather, analyze and understand business requirements to successfully design and implement SAP EWM solutions
  • Configure and customize SAP EWM modules based on customer specifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EWM with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow
  • Provide expert guidance on EWM functionality, offering recommendations for process improvements and optimizations
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize SAP EWM features and functionalities
  • Participate in the full project lifecycle, from fit-gap analysis to configuration, documentation, training, deployment, and hyper-care support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP EWM issues, working closely with technical teams to address any production related challenges
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance
  • Bachelors in technology, computer science, information systems or a related field
  • 2 years of experience performing end-to-end implementations of SAP EWM as a core consultant
  • 2 years of experience configuring SAP EWM
  • 2 years of experience documenting warehouse/business processes and best practices
  • 2 years of experience using project tracking tools such as Jira or Rally
  • 2 years of experience collaborating with developers and service teams to determine and implement the best solution
  • 2 years of experience working knowledge with other SAP modules: SAP MM, PP or SD
  • 2 years of experience delivering projects within agile framework
