About The Position

The Vehicle Services Program Coordinator will support the Electronic Vehicle Title and Registration (EVTR) Unit and the Special Mobile Machine (SMM) unit within the Colorado Department of Revenue. This role focuses on coordinating stakeholder involvement, managing data and reports, and providing support functions for the EVTR and SMM programs. The coordinator will document API requirements, create training materials, and serve as the primary contact for support inquiries related to the programs.

Requirements

• Six (6) years of relevant experience in technical writing & communication, stakeholder education, learning management systems, data analysis, or quality assurance
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
• Strong written communication and technical writing skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in change management and data management
• Knowledge of and experience with testing an API

• Current or prior state government experience
• Prior experience working in a regulatory environment

• Experience with testing verification/certification for stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and consolidating data & reports
• Managing support for both EVTR and SMM programs
• Coordinating testing and certification with EVTR API functionality
• Troubleshooting API issues and business processes for vendors
• Creating and communicating vendor invoices to stakeholders
• Maintaining Excel forms and Google Sheets with complex formulas
• Implementing changes to program resources due to business process changes
• Writing standard operating procedures for support programs
• Assisting EVTR Auditing Unit and SMM Unit with data and research needs
