Jump-start your career as a(an) EVS Worker PRN today with HCA Florida Putnam Hospital. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated team member for our EVS housekeeping services. As a hospital housekeeper, your work is vital to the prevention of serious infections and the efficient running of the hospital. Your position as a housekeeper plays an important role in the care of patients and healthcare providers by assuring a sterile environment in all areas of the hospital.

Requirements

• Previous hospital housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Routinely clean patient rooms, nursing units, surgical areas, administrative office, laboratory areas, waiting areas and public restrooms, as well as launder all hospital linen.
• Take daily inventory of cleaning supplies and inspect equipment for any needed repairs or replacements.
• Be responsible for following proper infection-control policies.
• Interact daily with patients and other healthcare personnel.
