About The Position

The Environmental Service Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the hospital and its surrounding facilities. This position requires effective communication and the ability to travel between different locations as needed.

Requirements

• One year of knowledge within acute care hospital environmental service techniques, practices, and procedures preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness within the hospital and adjacent buildings.
• Respond to and initiate communication using phones, handheld radios, and pagers.
• Travel between facilities as required.
