EVS Tech (Full-Time, 11A-7:30P, Rotating Weekends)
About The Position

The EVS Tech I position reports to the EVS Manager and is responsible for the daily cleaning of patient and non-patient areas, involving frequent interaction with staff, visitors, and patients.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hospital setting
Responsibilities
- Comply with proper handling and use of EVS chemicals and equipment
- Ensure EVS supply cart is filled with necessary materials at the beginning and end of shift
- Learn Teletracking software and use approved electronic devices
- Collecting and properly disposing of trash and waste material
- Replenish disposable items such as soap, paper towel, and toilet paper
- Clean and disinfects equipment and furniture
- Clean up spills
- Dust high areas
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment as needed
- Provide positive interactions with patients, visitors, and staff
