About The Position

Assist Supervisor in planning work assignments and monitoring work in addition to performing routine and special cleaning procedures.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent required; however, requisite experience in similar role will be considered in lieu of educational requirement when necessary and appropriate.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions necessary.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend basic instruction.
• 1-2 Years' Experience in Environmental Services or Related Field Required.

Responsibilities

• Has demonstrated proficiency in all responsibilities as required by Tech I and Tech II.
• Demonstrates knowledge of different floor types and has ability to scrub, burnish and refinish floors.
• Hang cubicle and window curtains.
• Utilize paging system and spectra link phones.
• Utilize HEV system.
• Routinely clean isolation rooms.
• Help with inventory and control of supplies.
• Laundries mops, rags and specialty items.
• Ability to inspect areas of responsibility for quality of cleanliness.
• Transport beds, mattresses, and bed extenders to and from units and complete necessary paperwork for transport.
