One California Job Summary and Responsibilities Performs a variety of environment services duties to maintain the hospital in an orderly, sanitary and safe condition. Supervises the daily activities of the EVS staff. Position works Weekends, Holidays and varied shifts. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the CoreValues. The employee shall support the Organization's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) Completes assignments in a timely manner and in accordance with Department Policies and Procedures. Understands and adheres to all Safety Policies and Procedures. Performs preventative maintenance on equipment and maintains equipment and closets in a clean, sanitary and secure manner. Ensures all assigned areas including, but not limited to, lounges, rest rooms, exam rooms, offices, etc., have adequate disposable supplies. Demonstrates professional interpersonal relationships with supervisors, co-workers and other Medical Center personnel. Adheres to all Medical Center and Departmental Policies and Procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in Health care or Commercial Environmental Services
