About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Environmental Services personnel to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Implement departmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
• Monitor compliance with environmental policies and procedures.
• Identify potential environmental issues and develop effective response strategies.
• Continuously improve operations and streamline work processes for quality customer service.
• Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of the hospital.
• Inventory equipment and supplies as requested by the Manager.
• Ensure a clean linen supply is maintained at all times.
• Assist in hiring, orienting, evaluating, and disciplining personnel according to established policies.
• Oversee scheduling of personnel to ensure proper coverage.
