About The Position

As an EVS Supervisor, you will set the stage for guest experience with your smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of related experience
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assignments of porters, heavy porters and specialty crews to ensure the establishment of cleanliness standards in all public areas and employee areas
• Assist with training, scheduling and staffing of all employees assigned to them to be sure all areas comply with Borgata standards
• Ensures the safety of employees in handling and storage of all chemicals used in the performance of their tasks
• Continually checks to make sure employees have all the necessary supplies, equipment and tools to execute their tasks
• Accountable for all equipment assigned to their area
• Properly handles guest or maintenance requests
