About The Position

The Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing cleanliness and maintenance standards across assigned areas during scheduled shifts. This role leads EVS team members, ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and maintains a clean, welcoming environment for guests and team members at WarHorse Gaming.

Requirements

  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a high-volume environment preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and proper usage
  • Ability to obtain OSHA 10 Certification
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
  • Due to the nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, team members must be available to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous casino or resort experience strongly preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC
  • Assign daily duties to EVS team members and inspect work for quality and compliance
  • Conduct routine inspections of public areas, offices, hallways, staircases, and VIP areas
  • Ensure cleaning equipment and carts are properly maintained and stocked
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance and cleaning schedules
  • Work with Facilities on work orders and follow up through completion
  • Lead daily pre-shift meetings with EVS attendants and porters
  • Address guest and team member concerns related to EVS services and take corrective action
  • Issue and monitor proper use of supplies and equipment
  • Train team members on safety procedures and regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain reports, inspections, and required documentation
  • Demonstrate knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Assist with training new hires and performance monitoring
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
