The Environmental Services Supervisor at Xanitos Inc. is responsible for assisting in the supervision of the Environmental Services Department at Woodlawn Medical Center.   • Assist in the supervision of the Environmental Services Department under the direction of the Department Director.
  • Establish and enforce work standards in conjunction with the Department Director.
  • Monitor overall inventory and equipment usage.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and manage materials inventory.
  • Ensure staff receives proper initial training in assigned areas and tasks.
  • Provide individual guidance and motivation to staff.
  • Maintain a sanitary, attractive, and orderly environment.
  • Demonstrate and promote Xanitos' culture, values, and management philosophy.
  • 1+ years of experience in the janitorial/housekeeping industry required.
  • High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent required.
  • Strong service/quality attitude.
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and achieve effective time management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet goals and objectives.
  • Self-directed with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
