About The Position

The EVS Porter is responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and casino, ensuring that all public areas meet hotel standards. This role involves a variety of cleaning tasks and may require assistance in other areas as needed, while providing outstanding guest service.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to effectively present information to guests and to members of management.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all cards required by the company.
• Must be able to verify right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all casino/hotel public areas to hotel standards.
• Clean slot machines, ashtrays, ledges, restaurants, restrooms, offices, and other areas of the hotel/casino.
• Follow all operating procedures, safety regulations, and sanitation practices, including bio-hazard clean-ups.
• Abide by company policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
• Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests.
