EVS/Internal Maintenance Manager - Sunset
About The Position
Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ “Beyond the Best” Company-wide culture and demonstrating Station Casinos’ Championship Service Standards at all times. Direct Internal Maintenance Supervisors and Team Members to ensure a high standard of cleanliness in all public areas and casino. Tour facility checking all casino and public areas. Conduct performance evaluations of the Internal Maintenance Team Members. Counsel Team Members in a positive, constructive manner as necessary. Schedule the work force to ensure all areas and shifts are adequately covered. Initiate and direct heavy cleaning so that the highest level of productivity is maintained and completion schedules are met.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Minimum five (5) years experience in management, preferably housekeeping, Internal Maintenance area.
- Knowledge of scheduling and inventory control.
- Experience in floor and carpet care.
