EVS Floor Technician
About The Position
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Deep clean and maintain facility, including the break areas. 2. Vacuum the casino, including all assigned areas on a regular schedule. 3. Shampoo carpets in the casino, including all assigned areas on a regular schedule. 4. Spot clean and wipe down chairs and furniture in all assigned areas. 5. Clean air conditioning vents in all assigned areas. 6. Deep clean and scrub all assigned areas, not limited to restrooms and areas of the casino. 7. Clean all windows as assigned. 8. Remove cobwebs in all areas inside and outside. 9. Must attend and be certified in all applicable training required. 10. All other departmental duties as assigned. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: 1. The minimum age requirement is twenty-one (21). 2. Must have one (1) years’ experience in deep cleaning work. 3. Must have basic knowledge of the use and safe handling of cleaning chemicals. 4. Understanding of health and safety codes, including knowledge of hazardous materials 5. If driving is required for company business, must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable through Eagle Mountain Casino’s insurance carrier. 6. Able to obtain and retain a gaming license through the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission. PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL: 1. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is required to stand for entire shift, walk, sit, talk, and hear. 2. Repeatedly required to reach with hands, arms, use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. 3. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. 4. Must be able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations. 5. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. 6. Must be able to work in a noisy and smoke-filled environment. 7. The noise level is moderate to high on the casino floor. 8. Exposed daily to flashing lights and ringing bells. 9. Must be able to perform all essential duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements
