About The Position

Using effective communication skills serves customers by answering or referring telephone inquiries, and/or by assisting the customer in person to support Housekeeping needs. Serves as a point of contact for Housekeeping software system. To be considerate, courteous respectful and polite to both internal and external callers, demonstrating the key values and concern and providing assistance as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• One to two years of experience working in customer relations or other public contact field.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree or 2 years related work experience in Healthcare Field or telephone operator.

Responsibilities

• Answer or refer telephone inquiries from customers.
• Assist customers in person to support Housekeeping needs.
• Serve as a point of contact for Housekeeping software system.
• Demonstrate key values of consideration, courtesy, respect, and politeness to both internal and external callers.
