 JOB SUMMARY

Perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the hotel all public areas, office areas in the casino and hotel, the administrative office building, casino floors, restaurants, and restrooms in the hotel and casino.

Requirements

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from team members, regulatory agencies or members of the staff.
• Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner.
• Ability to quickly and accurately perform normal mathematical computations in regard to the implementation of duties.
• Ability to define problems, collects data, establishes facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience necessary.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Assures the highest possible level of guest satisfaction for the cleanliness of all guest areas as well as the common (public) areas of the hotel hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms in hotel and casino, elevators, stairways, offices, restaurants, casino and any other area of the property that deems it, so that all health and cleanliness standards are met.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
