About The Position

Cleans and services assigned area according to performance and safety standards to ensure a clean, comfortable, safe and attractive environment.

Requirements

• Must be familiar with Hazardous Material/MSDS procedures and OSHA requirements
• Ability to communicate and maintain a high level of courtesy with casino and race track patrons
• Desire and willingness to learn
• Communication skills
• Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
• Ability to be a TEAM player
• Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
• Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing with Illinois Gaming Board

Responsibilities

• Keep all public and designated back of the house areas free of debris. (i.e. glasses, bottles, cans, paper, etc.)
• Clean and sanitize storage and public areas in casino and surrounding property area
• Polish all metal surfaces
• Vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and general cleaning of all public and back of the house areas in the casino
• Sweep and mop stairwells
• Clean vending areas
• Advise Director of Properties know of any shortages that need ordering (chemicals, equipment, etc.)
• Refill chemical stations and bottles
• Clean all glass surfaces
• Complete any extra duties as per management or supervisor
• All other duties as assigned
