About The Position
The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International! As an EVS Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest service and ensuring a safe and friendly environment for both employees and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas within the Casino and public spaces, creating memorable experiences for our guests. This position is not just about cleaning; it's about creating WOW memories that guests will cherish long after their visit. You will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on excitement, diversity, and entertainment, contributing to the overall atmosphere of MGM Resorts. In your day-to-day activities, you will be sweeping and removing all wrappers, broken glass, ashtrays, and debris from the floor. You will also be responsible for cleaning and dusting slot machines, including the areas between machines, doors, and woodwork. Additionally, you will remove trash, replace missing ashtrays, and ensure that all ashtrays and trash cans are wiped out and cleaned. Your role is vital in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and safety that our guests expect. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong commitment to safety, understanding and following company safety policies and procedures. You should be able to complete your work in a safe manner, care about the safety of yourself and others, and respond appropriately in emergencies. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be communicating with various business contacts. You should enjoy working as part of a team to provide positive experiences and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
