About The Position

The EVS Aide cleans and services building areas, removes non-medical waste and medical waste according to established procedures. Performs a variety of environmental service duties to maintain the hospital in a neat, orderly and sanitary condition.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• High School Diploma, GED or two additional years of experience in lieu of education.
• Able to operate heavy floor machines.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively at a level appropriate for the safe and effective performance of the job.
• Attention to detail, vigilance, poise, and composure in stressful situations.

Nice To Haves

• Six (6) months of housekeeping with floor care experience.
