We are hiring Per-diem EVS Aides to perform a variety of environmental service duties to maintain the hospital in a neat, orderly and sanitary condition. We hire for the following shifts: Days Per-diem (7am - 3:30pm) Rate of Pay: $21/hour Evenings Per-diem (3:15pm - 11:45pm) Rate of Pay: $22/hour + $1.10/hour shift-differential = $23.10/hour Nights Per-diem (11:30pm - 7am) Rate of Pay: $22/hour + $1.75/hour shift-differential = $23.75/hour The EVS Aide cleans and services building areas, removes non-medical waste and medical waste according to established procedures. Requirements
- Previous customer service experience.
- High School Diploma, GED or two additional years of experience in lieu of education.
- Able to operate heavy floor machines.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively at a level appropriate for the safe and effective performance of the job.
- Attention to detail, vigilance, poise, and composure in stressful situations.
Nice To Haves
- Six (6) months of housekeeping with floor care experience.
