About The Position
The EVP and Chief Retail and Marketing Officer is a key member of the bank's executive leadership team, responsible for leading and aligning the bank's retail deposit operations, customer service functions, and marketing strategies. This role oversees strategic initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention across both deposit and lending channels and with full P&L accountability.
