About The Position

As the EVP, Chief Information Officer, you will own the enterprise technology vision and multi-year roadmap, aligning technology strategy with business objectives and customer needs. This role is pivotal in driving continuous business transformation, modernizing legacy systems, and building scalable platforms that enable growth and operational excellence. You will lead technology strategy, engineering, architecture, and infrastructure teams while fostering a culture of innovation, security, and agility across the organization. Success in this role depends on building strong partnerships with business leaders and motivating technology teams to collaborate with their business partners in meeting the company's strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in technology strategy and operations.
  • 5+ years in senior executive roles (CIO, CTO, EVP) within complex, global organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading engineering and technology operations across matrixed environments.
  • Proven ability to translate technical vision into cross-functional business outcomes that drive business growth.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, software engineering, and cloud-native platforms.
  • Track record of scaling technology organizations during various business phases and driving operational transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the enterprise technology strategy and multi-year roadmap in alignment with business unit objectives.
  • Advise executive leadership on technology implications of strategic initiatives, and platform integrations.
  • Provide strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of IT systems.
  • Build and develop high-performing technology teams and vendor partnerships that scale with growth.
  • Coach and mentor IT/IS professionals to create a world-class technology organization.
  • Serve as a culture Champion to strengthen the culture both within the IT organization and across the organization.
  • Oversee delivery of technology capabilities and operations, including software engineering, platform architecture, and infrastructure.
  • Drive operational excellence across all technology domains aligned with business objectives and world class expectations.
  • Guide enterprise architecture decisions, balancing innovation with scalability, compliance, and maintainability.
  • Continually advance platforms and architectures to drive business outcomes, including modernization of legacy systems and champion adoption of new technologies across the product and infrastructure landscape.
  • Lead planning and implementation of an integrated technology ecosystem
  • Monitor advancements in technology to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
  • Select and implement suitable technologies to streamline operations, optimize strategic benefits, and drive innovation.
  • Develop, deploy, and manage the technology budget; aligning business and technology strategy; continually analyzing costs, value, and risks.
  • Ensuring technology spend delivers increasing unit efficiency year over year.
  • Serve as executive partner to leadership, aligning technology priorities with customer needs and market trends.
  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership and business units; foster productive collaboration among teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the implementation of the technology security posture in partnership with the corporate cyber security team; stay ahead of cybersecurity threats and implement organization-wide safeguards.
  • Ensure technology resiliency architectures are aligned with business resiliency strategies.
  • Foster a risk-based decision support framework.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and privacy frameworks.
  • Facilitate internal and external audits as recommended.
