About The Position

NaphCare is seeking a EVP, Chief Development Officer- Business Development to guide our growth strategy and help expand the reach and impact of our services nationwide. This role focuses on identifying the right opportunities, building strong relationships with state government partners, and ensuring our growth efforts align with the company’s mission and long‑term direction.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in business development, government contracting, healthcare, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead growth strategies and manage complex initiatives.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with comfort evaluating large‑scale opportunities.
• Experience working with state or public‑sector partners.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• A strategic mindset paired with a practical, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Shape NaphCare’s overall growth strategy and support expansion into new markets.
• Lead business development efforts from early opportunity identification through final proposal decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with state and local agencies, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
• Use financial and market analysis to evaluate opportunities and support executive decision‑making.
• Provide data‑driven insights and clear recommendations to the leadership team.
• Collaborate closely with operations, clinical teams, and finance to ensure growth plans match real-world capabilities.
• Support initiatives that strengthen performance, improve outcomes, and reinforce NaphCare’s mission.
• Represent NaphCare in high‑level meetings, discussions, and partnership conversations.
