About The Position
The Production Associate in Evisceration performs a variety of manual or machine-assisted, repetitive tasks to produce whole turkey products, turkey parts, ready-to-cook turkey products, and ready-to-eat turkey products. Evisceration Production Associates perform tasks to clean and eviscerate (remove the organs of) recently-slaughtered turkeys to prepare for secondary and further processing.
