The eDiscovery Evidence Operations Associate Analyst will receive and report on client source data, organize it using proprietary tracking technology, and handle outgoing data shipments. Epiq works with major law firms and in-house legal departments of Fortune 500 corporations. The eDiscovery Operations Analyst plays a critical role in assisting Epiq’s clients with important litigation by carrying out a multitude of technical processes and becoming directly engaged in the processing of Electronically Stored Information (ESI).

  • Learn proprietary software applications, 3rd party forensic and data encryption tools, electronic discovery and data recovery processes.
  • Understand and execute electronic discovery and data recovery processes.
  • Receive and track media using proprietary database technology.
  • Generate custom media reports and conduct data restoration using Forensic applications.
  • Organize and track outgoing file transfers and shipments.
  • Provide feedback to management about potential software improvements and assist with user acceptance testing prior to new software releases.
  • Understanding of different Operating Systems (Linux, MAC, Windows)
