Job Overview The Evidence Generation Intern supports Genmab’s drug development efforts by gaining hands-on experience in Evidence Generation programs. This position will be responsible for supporting operational aspects of Investigator-Driven Programs: Investigator-Sponsored trials (ISTs), Collaborative Research Trials (CRTs), Managed Access Programs (Individual and Protocol) and other Evidence Generation initiatives within Medical Affairs.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in a scientific discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Maintains attention to detail and quality in all deliverables while managing multiple tasks.

  • Basic understanding of clinical research is preferred.
  • Demonstrates initiative, a proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively communicates and collaborates with team members, mentors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in successful implementation of Investigator-Driven and Managed Access Programs
  • Support different governance meetings to drive and deliver on Evidence Generation Programs
  • Support operational timelines and key deliverables
  • Facilitate management of study or program proposal lifecycle from submission to study closure
  • Support successful management of all aspects of investigator-driven programs within designated program budgets and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to manage, adjust, and revise project milestones as necessary
  • Collaborate with EvGen team to generate regular metrics and reports of program activities
  • Participate in mentorship meetings and contribute to team discussions on process improvements and best practices.
