What You’ll Do As an Evergreen Representative, you’ll provide exceptional service while supporting members through a wide range of credit union services. This is a dynamic role where no two days are exactly the same. In this role, you will: Build strong relationships with members through phone and online communication Open and maintain accounts , including savings, checking, youth accounts, sub-shares, and certificates Assist members with specialized services such as IRAs, business accounts, and certificate products Help resolve account questions, discrepancies, and service concerns Process important member transactions including debit card disputes, stop payments, and wire documentation Support the loan process by providing clerical and administrative assistance Identify opportunities to recommend helpful products and services that fit members’ financial needs Assist with instant issue debit and credit cards Ensure accurate documentation and compliance when opening or reviewing accounts Provide administrative support including recordkeeping, correspondence, and internal support to team members What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in doing things right. Requirements

  • Have 1–3 years of banking, credit union, or financial service experience
  • Are detail-oriented and organized
  • Enjoy talking with and helping people
  • Can listen carefully and identify member needs
  • Are comfortable working with multiple systems and office technology
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
