About The Position

As a Host you are responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking to-go orders, completing transactions and other assigned tasks while ensuring fast and courteous customer service. Requirements

• You are 18 years old
• You have achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• You are available to work days, evenings, weekend and holidays
• You possess excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with people
• You are able to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests
• Answering phones, taking food orders and answering guests questions
• Using point of sale system to complete transactions, balancing cash drawers and preparing deposits
• Bussing tables, assisting servers with table maintenance and stocking of the restaurant
• Assisting cooks, servers and bartenders with various tasks as needed
• Using iPad seating chart system
• Delivering room service and spa orders
