Midnight Cookie Company is seeking a Retail Cashier to manage customer orders both in-store and through delivery apps while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must obtain a valid Washington State Food Workers Card
• Follow all state and CDC mandates during the COVID-19 pandemic
• Proficient with Android tablets and iPads
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Detail oriented and observant
• Willingness to adapt to on-the-fly situations
• Professional demeanor and clean appearance
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Friendly outgoing personality
• Great work ethic
• Ability to work until 12AM by yourself

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and answering customer questions
• Providing astoundingly awesome customer service
• Operating cash register and following all cash handling procedures
• Maintaining a clean and friendly customer environment
• Fulfilling orders in-store and for deliveries
• Packaging cookies according to standards
• Restocking workplace with appropriate supplies
• Following all state and CDC mandates during the COVID-19 pandemic, including wearing a mask at all times within the workplace
