About The Position
EverCommerce is seeking a talented and certified Salesforce Professional to join our team as a Salesforce Solution Consultant I, focusing on our EverPro - Home Improvement brand, Improveit360. Improveit360's mission is to assist remodelers and home improvement professionals in enhancing their success by improving how they attract, service, and engage customers. Our platform utilizes Salesforce Force.com and other native applications to automate and streamline lead management, appointment setting, sales follow-up, project management, and business intelligence. As a Salesforce Solution Consultant I, you will play a crucial role in deepening customer relationships by understanding their needs and proactively suggesting ways to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness through our technology, tools, and services. You will be responsible for developing and presenting Improveit360 value propositions, technologies, strategies, and product roadmaps to all levels of our client's organization, ensuring that the proposed solutions are appropriately assessed, documented, and validated. This role requires exceptional communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders, from executives to functional teams, and to identify new client opportunities and demand for our solutions. You will also participate in demand-generating events and activities, playing a critical role in developing identified opportunities and moving them forward. Collaboration with internal and external teams to develop use cases and value justifications for new concepts will be essential in this position.
