The Channel Partner Manager is responsible for building and strengthening our partner ecosystem across our EverHealth portfolio of products and services, including but not limited to Updox and CollaborateMD. This role will focus on strategically driving sales and revenue growth within their channel top tier accounts, and ensuring successful collaboration within EverHealth’s cross functional teams (sales, product, marketing) which drive the channel department’s strategic goals and revenue objectives.

  • Skilled in negotiating mutually beneficial agreements with partners.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Proactive in addressing partner needs and resolving conflicts.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare market, EHR systems, and customer pain points.
  • Ability to align solutions with partner and business needs.
  • Ability to analyze partner performance and data to inform strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Works effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Legal.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in channel sales in Healthcare SaaS and EHR.
  • Experience in partner enablement and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Expanding existing partners' usage of products within the EverHealth portfolio and/or expanding contracts within partner organization.
  • Deliver partner enablement inclusive of partner sales training, marketing and sales resources, support and coordination with on-boarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing top-tier strategic channel partners.
  • Drive sales and revenue through channel partners by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the partner network and increase partner-driven revenue.
  • Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on partner performance, sales results, and forecasts.
  • Work closely with the solution consultant and partner support team to address any issues.
  • Ensure proper billing, revenue leakage, and timely collection of invoices.
