We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team and contribute to our continued growth and success. The EverHealth FP&A Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for running financial models and processes to collect inputs from key stakeholders, perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. This role involves partnering with various stakeholders to provide financial insights, support strategic financial modeling, and ensure alignment with the company's financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong modeling background, analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, operate with a high level of autonomy, and demonstrate a proven track record of “big picture” thinking across a multi-entity, multi-vertical business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant FP&A experience, with experience in a leadership role.
• Strong advanced modeling skills, including experience with three statement models.
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset to deliver timely, high-quality deliverables to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience working with senior finance executives.
• Proficiency in finance software and tools. Candidate should have advanced Excel skills, with OneStream proficiency highly preferred.
• Mindset of continuous improvement to advance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities and deliver enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience with SaaS companies and familiarity with multiple entity companies a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primary owner of the EverHealth Revenue and Gross Margin models.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to monitor performance with specific focus on KPIs and operational drivers of the business.
• Drive process for partnering with the EverHealth Leadership team on all aspects of financial models.
• Become a OneStream power user for the organization to assist financial systems team with new functionality; serve as liaison with the field FP&A teams on OneStream matters.
• Involved in other special projects as they arise.
