The major function of this position is to custom fit and dispense Maui Jim sunglasses at Corporate Sales and Incentive Meetings, Golf and Flying Jimmy events. Coordinate logistics of events for assigned Corporate Gifts sales manager(s).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
• 2+ years of advanced customer service experience.
• 6+ years of advanced customer service experience in lieu of education.
• 3+ years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Travel 100% of the time to Maui Jim promotional events to custom fit and dispense sunglasses to Maui Jim customers at Corporate Gift, Golf and Flying Jimmy events.
• Work with clients at event for on-site logistics and event procedures.
• Set-up, tear-down, inventory, and coordinate the station and all promotional items at the events.
• Complete paperwork and event order forms for events for assigned Sales Manager(s).
• Project a professional image to all customers while presenting company services and policies.
• Effectively utilize literature and promotional material supplied by the Company.
• Oversee distribution of Rx Conversion Cards for customer Rx inquiries at events.
• Work with Corporate Gifts Manager on marketing projects as needed.
• Perform other work-related tasks as requested or required.
