About The Position
The Events Solutions Consultant (ESC) is a customer-focused sales professional responsible for achieving sales targets in a Hospitality & Conventions (HC) location. This role involves extensive interaction with customers, hotel/convention center staff, and print decision makers, requiring strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently. The ESC represents FedEx Office as the on-site sales and support expert, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the event process and driving revenue through proactive sales efforts.
