About The Position

The Events/SALES Consultant responsible for selling fun! Our ideal team member will serve as the 'First Point of Contact' of Urban Air and work with our guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group. To hit the ground running, you'll need to make quality connections with local organizations through outbound prospecting efforts, attend chamber and other community events to drive Brand awareness and drive event business to the Park, have great phone and computer skills, multi-tasking abilities, and a genuine passion for delivering a memorable guest experience.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Eagerness to learn and develop new sales skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Familiarity with event planning.
• Knowledge of the Family Entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the 'First Point of Contact' for guests at Urban Air.
• Design event packages including food, drinks, and attractions for various group events.
• Make quality connections with local organizations through outbound prospecting.
• Attend community events to drive brand awareness and event business.
• Respond to leads in a timely manner, ideally within the same to next business day.
• Book sales three months in advance.
• Work with the Park Team to deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and gather referrals.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to drive financial results.
