We are actively seeking outgoing, articulate, and reliable Event Representatives to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to represent a nationally recognized brand while engaging with potential customers at local fairs, community festivals, and other events.

As an Event Representative, you will play a vital role in generating interest in our products and services by speaking with homeowners, answering questions, and scheduling consultations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in public-facing roles and want part-time hours with full-time earning potential.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for event setup and takedown.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods during events.
• Ability to travel to various event locations within the region.

Responsibilities

• Event Setup & Breakdown: Transport, assemble, and dismantle booths and promotional displays at event locations.
• Brand Representation: Act as the face of Renewal by Andersen by sharing product knowledge and company values with attendees.
• Lead Generation: Engage attendees in meaningful conversations to capture interest and schedule in-home appointments.
• Customer Interaction: Deliver exceptional service with empathy, positivity, and professionalism.
• Team Participation: Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company updates.
