Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain comprehensive internal and external planning documents.
  • Coordinate pre-event logistics and communications with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Identify potential challenges and help develop contingency plans.
  • Support and lead the execution of on-brand events that reflect Crystal Mountain's identity.
  • Manage on-site event setup and operations, ensuring events start on time and run smoothly.
  • Lead and support event volunteers, providing clear direction.
  • Respond to day-of issues with professionalism and creativity.
  • Support achievement of annual events revenue and profit targets.
  • Assist with post-event reporting and feedback gathering.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Contribute to developing new event concepts and experiences.
  • Coordinate sponsor fulfillment and ensure promised benefits are delivered.
  • Support the maintenance of strong relationships with brand and event partners.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with precision in following and enhancing processes.
  • Clear communicator with effective written and verbal skills.
  • Eager to learn and adapt quickly in a collaborative environment.
  • Technologically proficient and skilled in building rapport.
  • Resourceful and dependable, able to troubleshoot issues.
  • Flexible schedule to work variable hours including weekends and holidays.
