Responsibilities
- Create and maintain comprehensive internal and external planning documents.
- Coordinate pre-event logistics and communications with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Identify potential challenges and help develop contingency plans.
- Support and lead the execution of on-brand events that reflect Crystal Mountain's identity.
- Manage on-site event setup and operations, ensuring events start on time and run smoothly.
- Lead and support event volunteers, providing clear direction.
- Respond to day-of issues with professionalism and creativity.
- Support achievement of annual events revenue and profit targets.
- Assist with post-event reporting and feedback gathering.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with clients and vendors.
- Contribute to developing new event concepts and experiences.
- Coordinate sponsor fulfillment and ensure promised benefits are delivered.
- Support the maintenance of strong relationships with brand and event partners.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with precision in following and enhancing processes.
- Clear communicator with effective written and verbal skills.
- Eager to learn and adapt quickly in a collaborative environment.
- Technologically proficient and skilled in building rapport.
- Resourceful and dependable, able to troubleshoot issues.
- Flexible schedule to work variable hours including weekends and holidays.
