About The Position

The Event Marketing Manager at Enverus is responsible for managing and executing various events, including trade shows, product launches, and webinars, to enhance the company's visibility and establish it as a thought leader in the energy SaaS sector. This role requires a strategic approach to event planning and execution, ensuring that all logistics and marketing communications align with the company's objectives. The position emphasizes collaboration with marketing leadership and other teams to drive lead generation and measure the return on investment for events.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of related marketing experience in a SaaS company.
• Proven experience in event marketing efforts, including strategic planning and trade show planning.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up, budgeting, and time management skills.
• Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop event strategy and objectives in collaboration with the director of marketing and marketing executives.
• Drive marketing influenced pipeline and generate MQLs through onsite activations and support of the sales team.
• Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on predetermined metrics using CRM and project management systems.
• Manage all pre-show planning and coordination, including team training, securing accommodations, and communication with stakeholders.
• Partner with the content team to leverage existing content for event promotion.
• Collaborate with event team members and key decision-makers to ensure successful event execution.
• Work with in-house designers to ensure event displays represent the Enverus brand accurately.
• Support overall department strategy and collaborate with the events team to execute world-class events.
• Manage event production schedules with internal and external partners.
• Provide written summaries evaluating tradeshow success and future opportunities for improvement.
