The Events Manager at Peak Custom Remodeling is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the company's participation in home shows and other key events.   • Monitor event performance metrics, track leads and conversions, and provide timely reports and insights to inform future event planning and optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to continuously enhance our event marketing initiatives.
  • Proven experience in event planning and management, ideally within the home improvement or related industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering memorable brand experiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software.
  • Willingness to travel and work weekends as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
