About The Position

The Events Manager at Peak Custom Remodeling is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the company's participation in home shows and other key events. Requirements

• Willingness to travel and work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies aligned with company goals and target audience demographics.
• Coordinate logistics, including booth setup, signage, promotional materials, and product displays, to ensure a captivating and professional presence at each event.
• Cultivate relationships with event organizers, vendors, and partners to maximize opportunities for brand exposure and lead generation.
• Train and supervise event staff, providing guidance on customer engagement techniques and product knowledge.
• Monitor event performance metrics, track leads and conversions, and provide timely reports and insights to inform future event planning and optimization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to continuously enhance our event marketing initiatives.
