About The Position
At HeyGen, our mission is to make visual storytelling accessible to all. Over the last decade, visual content has become the preferred method of information creation, consumption, and retention. But the ability to create such content, in particular videos, continues to be costly and challenging to scale. Our ambition is to build technology that equips more people with the power to reach, captivate, and inspire audiences. We are seeking an Event Manager to join HeyGen's Community & Education team to play a pivotal role in shaping our events execution and strategy. The position will focus on supporting community-led events and producing high-quality events in-person, virtually and hybrid. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of firsthand event production experience and be comfortable managing logistics for a variety of initiatives across HeyGen teams. This is a dynamic role requiring flexibility, creativity and a willingness to travel domestically and internationally to produce engaging and impactful experiences. You'll work closely with HeyGen leadership, Marketing, Sales and Community teams to ensure HeyGen events drive meaningful impact.
