About The Position
The University of Chicago Booth School of Business is seeking an Events Manager to manage faculty workshops and recruiting events, overseeing the daily operations of faculty-sponsored workshops, seminars, colloquiums, and recruiting-related events at the Harper Center in Hyde Park. The Events Manager will collaborate with Faculty Services team members, faculty workshop organizers, and faculty recruiting coordinators to execute these events. Responsibilities include organizing event details, catering, schedules, visitor travel, reimbursements, and other logistics related to faculty events. The role also provides administrative support to faculty and assists the Faculty Services and Academic and Research Specialist team in their mission of faculty support.
