Plans, Directs, and Executes the overall strategy for Bay Harbor Golf Club Member events, Weddings, and Corporate Events. Defines the staff goals, success metrics and provides leadership for the events department. Implements best practices and develops event standards, policies and procedures. Reviews event contracts, and has overall responsibility for ensuring events run smoothly and client's expectations are exceeded. Events team also promotes for small meetings, and social events for golf guests. Candidate must be available all shifts and days including weekends and holidays especially during the peak summer season.
