The Events Intern will support the ESRT Events team in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of internal and external events. The intern will help maintain event calendars, organize inventory and supplies, support digital content needs, track event performance, and conduct research on industry trends. They will also provide general administrative and project support to ensure smooth event operations and consistent brand execution. Full-time: 40 hours per week from June 1 st , 2026, until August 7 th , 2026 Location: Onsite at 111 W 33 rd Street, New York NY

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external ESRT events, including Observatory, broker, corporate and tenant and amenity events
  • Support the development of event materials such as invitations, run-of-show documents, signage, presentations, and on-site collateral
  • Manage and organize event inventory, décor, supplies, and other assets
  • Assist in coordinating logistics with external vendors, catering teams, venues, and other partners, coordinate internally with staffing plan
  • Help maintain event calendars, timelines, and project plans
  • Contribute to event-related content creation for ESRT and Empire State Building digital channels
  • Support the team in tracking event metrics, attendance, budgets, and post-event performance
  • Conduct research on industry trends, event concepts, talent/entertainment options, and competitive benchmarking
  • Assist with set-up and break-down at on-site events as needed
  • Help ensure consistency in brand standards across all event touchpoints
  • Support partnership outreach and communication related to events
  • Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and communications for event mailings and e-blasts
  • Provide general entry-level administrative assistance, reporting, and archiving support
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • 40-hour work week, paid at a rate of $ 22.50 p/h
