Assist with duties requiring an understanding of OhioGuidestone's programs and procedures. Assist in the logistical planning of the Evolution Gala and supporting events Assist in preparation of routine correspondence, databases and mailings. Perform copying and collating of office materials as needed. Contribute to content for agency communications and promotional materials. Communicate with Gala participants, donors and sponsors. Provide support and motivation, as necessary. Represent OhioGuidestone at event recruitment and awareness events. Secure date and location for 2026 Promise Run event Assist with the solicitation of in-kind donations. Build customized sponsorship packets. Assist the advancement team in research and analysis of prospective event donors and participants. Other duties as assigned. Passion for the mission of OhioGuidestone, mental health advocacy and nonprofit work. Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management systems. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Previous event planning experience is a plus. Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout OhioGuidestone's service territory. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
