About The Position

Allied Global Marketing is a full-service marketing agency, and our Events and Experiences team creates real, physical brand moments that live in the world, not just on screens. This is an event-focused internship rooted in live experiences. You will work on pop-ups, stunts, brand activations, and IRL fan experiences for major entertainment, beauty, lifestyle, and sports clients. This role is ideal for a creative who wants to see their 2D design work translate into physical environments and live moments. If you are excited by how ideas move from concept to real-world execution, this internship is for you. This is a Spring 2026 internship. The role is remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in the New York area to support local events and activations.

Requirements

  • A clear interest in live events and physical brand experiences
  • Strong 2D and graphic design skills, with an interest in applying design to real-world spaces
  • Comfortable working in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools
  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Undergraduate or graduate student (must be able to receive academic credit)
  • Based in or near New York City
  • Must be at least 18 years old by the internship start date

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Events and Experiences creative team on live event concepts
  • Design visual materials including decks, layouts, signage concepts, and creative references for physical experiences
  • Support ideation for pop-ups, stunts, and live brand activations
  • Research cultural moments, live events, immersive experiences, and physical brand touchpoints
  • Organize and maintain creative decks, assets, and working documents
  • Assist with on-site event support when needed to gain firsthand experience in live production environments
